Job Responsibility:
Supervise the dedicated sales team for the development and implementation of successful strategies with a view towards establishing the Bank as a premier provider of banking products and services.
Responsible to support the overall development, implementation and delivery of the business strategy.
Take complete ownership of business activities of all retail & corporate products right from strategic planning to execution and delivery of results on all accounts such as volume and revenue generation, collections and overall profitability of sales operations.
Target oriented and have strong relationship with new and existing customers.
Educational Requirements

MBA/ MBM/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university with good academic record.
Experience Requirements :
12 to 15 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate, SME Banking, Cash Management, Business/Product Development, Brand Management, Market Development (Banking), Relationship
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks
Job Requirements :
Relevant experience in reputed Commercial Bank(s) along with 5 years experience in Corporate Banking/ Retail Banking.
Adequate knowledge in structured finance & loan syndication and able to handle any deal.
Other Benefits :
